Parts & Service Admin Assistant

To support Part Admin Department in order processing and shipping matters.

To support Regional Service in Warranty / Commissioning / Technical Documentation and Truck Training.

  • Entering warranty / goodwill claim and all commissioning form into system
  • Informing the subsidiaries and regional dealer network on claim status and claim decisions
  • Receiving and entering warranty credit note into system
  • Receiving and processing of spare parts orders
  • Perform order processing duties – verifying all invoice related to part processing and ensure recording the movement of all spare parts
  • Distribution / monitoring / maintaining of field action FASL activities
  • Assist with training schedule, maintaining training record and grades for technicians
  • Maintain filing for Part & Service
  • Assist in Helpdesk on Part Pricing, Service matter, quotation etc.

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm


  • 2 years’ experience preferred
  • Possess good customer service
  • Well organized, proactive, creative, and willing to learn
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to complete assigned  tasks efficiently
  • Team player
  • Computer literate (MS Office tools e.g. MS Excel pivot tables, Powerpoint, MS Word)
