Contract Administration Staff  

  • Immediate - 6 months contract (Subject to renewal/extension)
  • Tiong Bahru
  • Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm
  • Up to $1,700

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in admin support to the dept
  • Administrative work such as filing, scanning of document, binding, data-entry
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Period:

  • Immediate - 6 months contract (Subject to renewal/extension)

Salary:

  • Up to $1,700

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm

Location:

  • Tiong Bahru

Job requirements:

  • Min O Level with 1 year of admin experience
  • Meticulous and organized
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pro-active and able to work well with minimum supervision
