The creative designer will be an integral part of the Marketing Department to conceptualize, design and execute concepts in line with the brand image of Home-Fix.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with various internal departments in the conceptualization and development of promotional materials that are aesthetically pleasing and desirable
  • Produce graphic designs for both print and electronic media [including event displays, newspaper advertisements, marketing collaterals, in-store communications (such as store-front banners, TV screens, shelf labels, price signage, point-of-sales materials, hanging mobiles, etc.), email direct mailings (EDM), web banners and other promotional materials], etc.
  • Adapt graphic design into a range of different formats and social media platforms
  • Responsible for devising creative ideas and promotions to enhance the functionality of the company’s marketing efforts
  • Provide write-up for marketing purposes
  • Ensure compliance of designs with corporate identity guidelines and monthly theme
  • Ensure that design plans can be carried out within budget
  • Liaise with printing companies and suppliers to carry out design plans within budget
  • Liaise with suppliers/ internal departments for dispatch of promotional materials to stores and events
  • Draw planogram and visual merchandizing guidelines for stores to implement
  • To visit stores to ensure that stores’ product displays, marketing communications and visual presentations comply with HQ’s guidelines, instructions and Home-Fix’s visual identity
  • Relate feedback from stores to HQ in regards to promotional matters
  • Assist in booth set-up during events (e.g. warehouse sales, roadshows, etc.) when needed
  • Perform other related work as required
