Sales Force Excellence Junior Analyst (CRM, SQL, Healthcare

Position Responsibilities 

  • Works to continually assess the effectiveness of the inside sales force and proposes creative solutions to address complex business challenges. 
  • Conduct data analysis and develop reporting tools to identify business trends and report performance results across the sales channels, product lines, payer groups, etc. 
  • Review department metrics with leadership team to help ensure consistent performance, high level of productivity, and achievement of business goals for the Inside Sales Organization 
  • Identify and track data necessary to develop and refine business forecasting and product utilization models and as well as to develop predictive sales and productivity analytics 
  • Design, produce and maintain various reports and data base systems for department management as requested including leader boards for the display of departmental results within Inside Sales 
  • Collaborate with IT to automate reporting tools and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 
  • Simultaneously manage multiple project/work assignments and analytical duties. 
  • Use departmental metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement 
  • Learn and develop proficiency with SAP, Centricity and/or other programs used by the Inside Sales group • Ability to work in a team orientated environment


Required requisites

i)    Experience and qualification

1. Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst and/or Sales Operations role

2. Minimum 3 years working experiences with, Microsoft CRM and other CRM solutions and SQL

3. Prior experiences with CRM solutions roll out and/or roll out coordination

4. Prior experience with OBIEE for Dashboard, Sales KPIs analytics

5. An understanding of key database concepts and architecture of relational databases (e.g. Data Model)

6. Prior experiences on the end user trainings and supports

7. Able to handle a volume of documentations, training materials etc.

1.    High-energy, detailed-oriented, proactive and able to function under pressure in an independent environment along with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation to drive results

2.    High level of verbal and written communication skills with both technical and business teams

3.    Able to manage multiple tasks

4.    Maintains changes by writing and updating procedures
