Renewable Products Supply Manager

The Supply Manager is primarily responsible for significantly expanding sourcing volumes of renewable diesel feedstocks from South East Asia (SEA) markets. The Supply Manager will need to build relationships in the market among feedstock producers to introduce key decision makers to the business, and negotiate supply contracts primarily focused on Used Cooking Oil/Yellow Grease.

The Supply Manager must be able to link the sourced feedstock volumes with Neste’s Global Feedstocks Supply Chain, overseeing logistics, contracts negotiation, and development and implementation of Supply Strategy in SEA.


  • Work as part of the Global Feedstock business unit to significantly develop Neste’s presence in the SEA markets to increase renewable diesel feedstock supply portfolio (UCO/Yellow Grease).
  • Develop and take lead on supplier relationships in SEA based feedstock producers, including identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers in each business to ensure high supplier performance. Actively work towards the consistent increase of supply counterparties available to Neste in the region.
  • Work to optimize the logistic/supply chain cost of the SEA portfolio.
  • Development and implementation of Supply Strategy in SEA markets.
  • Drive Regulatory and Sustainability Agenda in line with Global/Local Policies.
  • Develop accurate market information/analysis on biofuels and feedstocks markets to provide insight to Senior Management on SEA trade flows and practices.
  • Liaise and collaborate with multiple internal business units locally and globally including Supply, Trading, and Operations.
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of Industry Standards/General Terms and Conditions for relevant products.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics/ Agriculture Economics, Engineering, Environmental sciences or related field (masters preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years’ proven commercial experience within biofuel feedstock supply/trading, preferably with knowledge in energy markets additionally
  • Experience in physical land and waterborne logistics/supply chain management in SEA markets.
  • Good knowledge of biofuels/feedstock products legislation and regulations
  • Extensive network base in biofuel feedstock producers in SEA, including ability to identify and build new relationships in the market, with proven feedstock supply volumes sourced from them
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven written and verbal communications skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service
  • Ability to meet deadlines with quality deliverables
