F&B RESERVATIONS OFFICER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to telephone enquires and follow up on guests request/ enquiries on F&B reservations and promotions.
  • Promotes F&B promotions to guests and encourages membership.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 1 year work experience in a similar capacity. 
  • Pleasant voice, clear and good telephone etiquette.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment.
  • Experience in hotel, reservations, F&B or customer call centre has an added advantage.
