Organizational Development

  • Implementing HR policies and strategies which are aligned towards achieving business objectives and driving business growth

Training and Development
  • Conduct onboarding program with new hires
  • Work closely with operations team to develop staff education training calendarĀ 
  • Develop career development plan for high potential employees
  • Coach underperforming employees to improve performance
  • Working with finance and external agencies to tap on latest government training and development grants for SME

Compensation and Benefits
  • Work closely with Finance personnel to develop budget for headcount and employee benefits
  • Develop competitive compensation package and employee benefits to attract talents while increasing retention and improving existing employee morale
  • Conduct performance evaluation and recommendation for pay adjustment and variable bonus
  • Periodically research on HR best practice and adapt appropriately to suit business needs
  • Preparation of monthly payroll and yearly income tax submission

Talent acquisition/retention
  • Develop new recruitment strategies to expand existing workforce
  • Perform on-going hiring and selection of suitable candidatesĀ 

Dispute Resolutions
  • Hearing and resolving employee grievances through counseling; conducting investigations of complaints and grievances
  • Conduct exit interview and propose recommendations for improvement

  • Familiar with HR practices, Employment Act and MOM regulations in Singapore
  • Ensures compliance to MOM & SDC guidelinesĀ 

  • At least 2 - 3 years of HR related working experience
