Digital Marketing Manager / Senior Manager

Job Description:

  1. Conceptualise and execute digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  2. Create content and maintain a social media presence.
  3. Conduct performance reports and to measure performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  4. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  5. Conceptualise new and creative growth strategies
  6. Work closely with the PR team to align content strategies against the brand identity
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  8. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  9. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  10. Work closely with agencies and other vendor partners to create new content strategies
  11. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate


  1. Preferred 5 years of experience managing digital marketing
  2. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science or relevant fields
  3. Experience in China market would be a bonus.
  4. Possess experience leading SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  5. Possess experience  using website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  6. Experience in UX/UI would be a bonus.
