  • Assist Executive Sous Chef in cooking and food preparation
  • Able to work as part of the kitchen team
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness, kitchen safety and food hygiene
  • Willing to learn attitude and take instructions from Chefs
  • Assist Sous Chef to ensure kitchen operations are carried smoothly and effectively
  • Quick in food preparation and is committed to meeting customers' expectations


  • Minimum 1 to 2 years experience, preferably in restaurant or F&B industries
  • Creative in menu planning and dish creation
  • Preferably experienced in making Tapas dishes
  • Friendly, service oriented and pleasant personality
  • Able to perform shift duty; work on weekends and Public Holidays
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for the position of Demi Chef or Chef de Partie
