  • Perform recruitment duties via online job portal and provide support in the hiring process
  • Perform HR administrative duties
  • Apply & renew employment passes for new & existing employees
  • Involve in the organisation of employee engagement programs/events
  • Prepare employees’ payroll and CPF submissions.


  • Perform timely invoicing function and accurate bookkeeping.
  • Verify and process employees’ claims.
  • Process payment for office expenses and suppliers.
  • Submit GST declaration and PIC claims.
  • Involve in managing company’s finances


  • Source and procure inventory from suppliers (both local and overseas)
  • Issue procurement and shipping related documents


  • Any other ad hoc and administration duties assigned

Skills Set/Requirements

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin is compulsory to liaise with local and overseas suppliers
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Independent and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Good knowledge of HR practices and MOM rules & regulations is preferable
  • Min. 1 year relevant working experience in similar capacity is preferable
  • Remuneration commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications
