Responsibilities:

You will report to the QA inspector and assist in the following duties and responsibilities :

  • Manage customer inquiries through phone and/or email correspondence
  • Provide prompt assistance to customer inquiries and feedback, ensure timely and professional customer service recovery and resolution.
  • Draft and/or vet through correspondence with our students' parents/guardians and our internal stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Possess at least GCE ‘A’ levels or equivalent qualifications;
  • Well-versed in MS Word and Excel;
  • Able to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment;
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented;
  • Work on weekends as necessary.
