Be part of the Marketing Team responsible for Changi Cove’s branding and awareness. Responsibilities include assisting in brand management and managing targeted marketing, advertising and communications activities to foster a positive image of Changi Cove and to achieve sales objectives. He/she will be responsible for coordinating marketing and promotional activities to meet customers’ needs, working closely with other hotel staff to ensure customers are satisfied with their hotel experience.

  • Ensure consistent and effective communication of brand identity in all marketing, advertising & communications materials
  • Handle public relations & communications with media, customers & other stakeholders
  • Procurement requiring aesthetic considerations to ensure consistency in branding when necessary
  • Develop & manage corporate collaterals & hotel websites
  • Create and develop layouts and graphic artwork for all outside/in-house hotel advertisements, brochures and signage.
  • Improve guest experience in Changi Cove
  • Responsible for ensuring online marketing & advertising channels & activities are managed effectively in accordance to budget to generate qualified leads for group sales
  • Manage and executive overall digital marketing strategies including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM) via Google Analytics / Paid Search as well as social presence (Facebook, Instagram etc)
  • Manage & generate content for website, social media and other platforms
  • Monitor media reporting
  • Monitor and respond to guest reviews in a professional and timely manner (including Tripadvisor) 
  • Monitor competitor marketing activities
  • Any other additional duties assigned by Reporting Officer when necessary
  • Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or other business majors
  • 1-2 years’ experience will be at advantage but non-experienced individuals are welcome
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/In Design/Illustrator is an advantage
  • A dynamic team player and able to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Possess excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
