Receptionist / Front Desk Officer (Shift)

Salary: 1500.00

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide full Front Desk support
  • Handle reservation through phone calls, emails and faxes
  • Ensure check-in and check-out in a smooth running basis
  • Attend to all general request from guests
  • Familiar with hotel’s room status and inventories
  • Liaise with housekeeper on room make-up
  • Perform other duties as required



Job Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
  • At least 1-year relevant working experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, Weekends and PH
