This position is to manage the daily activities related to Aviation Industry. Responsibilities will include identification, implementation of corrective action and analysis of quality related data. This position will also involve AS 9100 compliance responsibilities for the local worksites.

• Act as a Designated Quality Representative (DQR) certified by customer to perform process audits, product inspection, acceptance, and release.
• Assure receiving materials and finished good complied with contractual requirements.
• Drive the containment action, corrective and preventive action without delay.
• Handle both internal and external non-conformance and quality relevant issues.
• Coordinate with customer and US counterparts for quality associate.
• Conduct First Article Inspection to ensure that all engineering, design and specification requirements are correctly understood, accounted for, verified and recorded accordance with SAE AS9102.
• Review and maintain all monitoring and measuring devices are well control and calibrate timely including stamp control.
• Maintain the effectiveness of Quality Management System as per AS9100/ISO9001 requirement.
• Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices and documentation.
• Work closely with Operations and Sales team to ensure smooth delivery to achieve On-time Delivery goal.
• Attend to any other ad-hoc duties or any related tasks that are assigned.

• Minimum ITE / Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Management or similar field with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

• Proficient in quality assurance function
• Good team player with positive working attitude and willing to take initiatives & drive
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to initiate and sustain productive workplace
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Ability to effectively work with other functional areas in order to improve service levels, resolve service problems, and reduce costs/improve efficiencies
• Ability to work diligently & independently with minimum supervision & multi-task in fast pace environment
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc
• Familiar with ERP ( Oracle) system
