Established in 2003, Skyy (Singapore) Design Workshop has been actively providing design, decor and logistic service to Events, Exhibition, Convention and MICE in Singapore. Today, we have successfully become a private limited company and named Skyy Design Workshop Pte. Ltd. Which opens up more position to invite a talented individual to join our workforce.

 

One of the openings will be the Office Manager based on the following description:

 

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to head and runs the office administration. You will manage the day to day office administration and basic HR.

 

  • Timely on-boarding of new employees 
  • Managing staff welfare and disciplinary order
  • Visa/Employment Pass coordination 
  • Employee’s Biodata Records Keeping 
  • Manage Insurances for office, travel & group medical insurance
  • Office administrative operations: 
  • Monitoring staff movement
  • Plan and organise office events 
  • Meetings /schedule arrangement 
  • Business Development Planning with Managing Director
  • Administrating Debt Recovery process channel
  • Problem solver 
  • Data analysis skill
  • A quick adaptation to the new environment
  • Project Management for any assignment

Requirement

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Office Manager role
  • Knowledgeable in HR and MOM rules.
  • Pleasant and professional image.
  • Self-motivated and with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Well-versed with MS Words, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
  • 5 ½ day week.
  • Singaporean and PR Only.

 

Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience.
