Job Responsibilities:

Learning & Development

  • Co-ordinate various training programs, from both external and internal
  • Assist in room set-up and arrangement
  • Prepare training materials
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
  • Maintain and organize training records

 

Talent Acquisition

  • Assist on arranging interviews with candidates
  • Prepare on-boarding documents for new hires
  • Provide support for external career fairs/networking events in campus
  • Participate in ad hoc projects

 

Admin Support

  • Act as the first contact person for Employee Engagement activities
  • Handle payroll for temps/interns
  • Process for HR related payments
  • File and archive documents

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management/Administration or related disciplines
  • Candidates with no experience or 1-2 years working experience
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good time management, organizational, inter-personal & multi-tasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
