ICT Helpdesk Agents (Shift / Non-Shift)

Salary: 0.00

Job Duties:

  1. As part of a team to provide a single point of contact to end-users, you shall provide the first call resolution of ICT related issues through telephone, email or approved social media platform
  2. To log all the incidents into the call management system.
  3. To escalate any unresolved issue to the next level of support for their attention and further resolution.
  4. To follow up on the progress of all outstanding issues until closure.
  5. Assist in ICT projects and other administrative tasks.

To offer awesome user experience through excellent yet friendly service performance.

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Preferably with six months of ICT Helpdesk working experience. Those with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience will be considered for a senior position.
  2. Customer Service training will be preferred.
  3. We provide hands-on training and buddy guidance for all new hires.
  4. Patient and a friendly person with a strong interest in providing Customer Service.
  5. A strong team player.
  6. Willing to perform 12-hour Shift Work.
